Rapla Karting Circuit hosts KartletiX Challenge as Estonian Karting Championships Round 3. The fast flowing 1035m race track is a classic in native community since its renovation in 2003. With 9 corners and virtually no straight line it’s a tough one to drive and even harder to race at because there’s not so many overtaking possibilities.

While it’s a short circuit, the driving will make you stand out. Due it’s fast flow, very quick gearing is used. Therefore more often than not a snake of karts will form during a race. And with its lack of overtaking opportunities, defensive driving, even with fast gearing, is easier than on some other tracks.

Rapla is hard on the outside tyres with 6 corners to the right and only 3 to the left. The tarmac is abrasive and clean driving will really help out with the tyrewear. The fast corners tend to make it difficult for the drivers to carry the speed at the same time.
